Easy 3-minute rich and creamy chocolate mousse! Enjoying this keto-friendly treat is the perfect
way to get your chocolate fix, and all you’ll need are a few simple ingredients.
I love how creamy this turned out, and it is so filling! Due to the heavy cream being a high-fat dairy,
this basically acts as a fat bomb as well. This is a term you may be familiar with if you’re on the
ketogenic diet. You can learn more about it here.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 packets stevia, or 2tbsp granular sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about three minutes and serve.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with unsweetened cocoa nibs, optional.

Please note that the heavy cream you purchase may contain higher carbs than other brands.
The brand we use is “Organic Valley”, which contains no carbs. There are many other brands that
contain no carbs, just like there are brands that do contain carbs in their heavy cream. With this
recipe, the carbs come from the unsweetened cocoa powder, not the heavy cream we use.
This looks good, but there are carbs in ALL heavy whipping cream. Since it is less than 1 g, some manufacturers choose not to list any carbs:)
