
For the wings – your favorite spices and baking powder (this makes them crispy without the breading). I used an air fryer at 380 for 25 minutes. The “breading” with baking powder also works with baking them.
Cauli Mac – 2 tbs butter, whatever cheese you prefer and whatever amount to make your desired thickness in cheese sauce, about 1/4 cup HWC. Heat all ingredients over stove top (minus cauliflower). Pour over top of cooked cauliflower once heated and combined.
