
Throw some AVOCADO ? halves in your air fryer this weekend!
Ingredients:
2 avocados peeled, pitted and halved lengthwise
3/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs OR for keto/low carb use crushed pork rinds
salt and pepper
olive oil spray

Instructions:
Place breadcrumbs/pork rind crumbs on a plate, press avocado halves into crumbs and coat on all sides
Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Place avocados in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 7 min.
Devour!
*panko crumbs are not low carb, however if you’re drinking NAT and just using a light amount for crisp- I say go for it! ??.
