Dice two red onions and two gloves of garlic.
Season lamb mince and beef mince to taste.
Butter in pan and add onions and garlic until brown.
Add the meat.
For the Cauliflower Mash:
Mash it or blend it when boiled and add butter, salt and pepper.
Add 100ml of coconut milk or to taste.
Then layer a dish with the meat and top with the Cauliflower Mash and add cheese.
We cooked it in the oven for 40 to 45 mins.
